The singer is reaching out to help visually impaired kids

Nigerian singer, Chidinma recently paid a three-day visit to Uganda aimed at inspiring young people.

While there, she spoke during a youth empowerment scheme which had over 600 people from Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya, Congo and Somalia in attendance.

Chidinma enlightened youngsters drug abuse, teenage pregnancy, HIV/AIDS, rape, and peer pressure.

She attended the event alongside Nollywood actor, Emmanuel Ikubese, who stars in MTV Shuga – a series that aims to improve the sexual and reproductive health of young people.

It fuses sexual health messaging with gripping storylines and exploring the issues of sexual relationships between young people.
